キャンセルした品物が再注文してないのに届きました。これはお金を払わなければならないのでしょうか？

私が注文したのはhazyy jacket の チャコールのLサイズです なぜキャンセルされたのでしょうか。

2着の内1着しか届いておりません

I set an order one week ago. It still showed preparing shipment in the status when I checked yesterday. However, now it shows it's in cancellation processing. There must be some misunderstanding as I am not requiring to cancel this order. So could you please fix it and process this order to shipment as soon as possible because me and my friend are looking forward wearing them in our skiing trip this winter.
